How do I cheat?

Im not sure on how to edit these values. Ive done the tutorial ind it is very confusing. Ive managed to edit other values, but the problem with health is that it wont stay at 100 when i tell it to and same when getting rid of damage. Ammo works but it effects the damage, making bullets worthless. Please help...
