Why does this look like it does when I search for "what writes to this address"?

The game is Grand Theft Auto Vice City by the way...

that means it's a static address and even has a nice easy to remember name for it

look at it in the disassembler and disable symbols to see the instruction without the name

EDIT: It seems that static address was not the address I was looking for... umm... I'm trying to change the Wanted Lever address so I can set the Wanted Level from 0-6 stars.

EDIT: Are somebody able to help me cheat the Wanted Level?

If the game has a cheat for increase the wanted level, you can find something there. But just scanning for each increase of the star will work as well.

just scan for the number of stars you have (I remomed that you DONT start the scan with 0 cause it takes a while).it wont be a static address so you will need to find a pointer.

Btw do you know a pointer for health?i tried pointer scanning but the only address that show up are GTA Vice City and everytime i choose em they are useless.Like it shows that it doesnt exist
