let say i found the address i need.

if i wan to use it again next time i restart the game, i have to find the pointer right?

but what if i wan to make an auto assembler script. do i need to find the pointer first?

You need to find the code which is accessing to the address and use code injection to change it. As in the CE tutorial in Step 7.
