trainer maker would be better if it plays music like .xm or .midi
and better effects

i don't love vb(Too Easy(and Microsoft)).maybe c sharp but CE is better

Cheat engine's trainer is NOT, better than making one via VB.

i know c/c++ vb6 c sharp python and i learning assembly and lua.
but i use only c++
i don't like any visual language.

Considering that the trainer maker is supporting most CE options regarding memory allocation, extra AA instructions (like aobscan for example) and many stuff like that, I wouldn't say it is bad either.
You can write very sophisticated scripts with CE too, depending on Your skills and You don't have to implement the extra options Yourself.
