How do I cheat?

well i used too use cheat engine alot in the past and i used too do the following but forget how?

i used too start a search then Remove a item (so stat goes down) then id look for lower then id put it back on search for higher then take it off search lower etc

how do initiate one of these searchs as its for a new mmo (pandora saga)

or if anyone already has any address etc for this game id happily pay for some.(or for the game rift)
