I went to bed, heard shouting and woke up, shouting stopped, looked at the clock and it was 20 minutes after I had gone to bed, I got up and looked around the house (no idea why)

Next day, same thing.

This morning I heard shouting again, I wake up and as soon as I opened my eyes, the shouting stopped, no one's home.

I blame depression, anxiety and lack of sleep.
