| Jus' stretching my dollar, also I'm gonna be doing some pretty heavy gaming. I know http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130568 can handle all my gaming needs plus more, but I want to see if there is something still better for the buck.

There might be a 6870 in that price range but since the card is super clocked it might make up for the frame difference. But still the 6870 is better at stock. I saw some 6870s in that price range that are pretty good.

Hm, I like that card, just I don't have experience with ATI cards. If it gets good performance and as good as the 460 + no heat problems.. I might just get this one. But which one will do better in games? 460 or this one? (since 460 in superclocked)
I would love to get the 580 by EVGA but it's so god damn expensive.

Go look at some benchmarks and you will see that the 6870 is above the GTX 460 in plenty of games. The superclock gives the 460 a frame boost, but I still think the 6870 comes out on top.
