so i try to install windows 7 and when it gets to the .exe file it say movecode5 access denied or something like that, and if i hit ignore the rest of the files go in completely fine. How do i fix this?

disable/uninstall your anti virus. Ignoring the messages won't stop it from blocking it from writing to disk

and don't forget to reboot after disabling/uninstalling else it will stay loaded in memory and will still block ce from installing

can you recommend a good av that wont recognize CE as a threat? im currently running AVG.

Not sure, generally speaking I'd say any anti virus, but disable the resident protections and autoscans (else you'll end up installing cheat engine every day)

I myself use avg 2011 free edition. (surf shield disabled since it messed up a lot of stuff, including online payments)
Doesn't seem to complain about CE (might be they build in some stuff to detect it's my computer and then disable detection...)

I use NOD32 for example. No problems with that at all. It is not allergic to CE.
