Cheat Engine

Hey,

just got Cheat Engine, opened it, but a few seconds (depends) after opening it closes down. No error ocures, only the 'windows error sound' given.
Any ideas how to fix it?

Maybe Your AV is blocking CE.

Hmm than the av would give me a warning.
No I know it ain't that, i'l follo the steps on the link you given me, and see wat comes out

Make sure all online games are closed and do not open them while ce is running

And if you've targeted a cracked game make sure you use 5.6.1

also, don't trust your AV to give you a message when it kills an app. 25% of the time when it blocks something from running it won't even tell you (and if you disable them, reboot, because disabling an AV doesn't always work until next reboot)
