No, it's not Total War. (Any google on it leads to extracting Total War game files..)

Yeah, I saw that.. But when you google Oracle Pax200.... It doesn't seem to be what I'm looking for

Is it for a certain game? or a certain piece of software? I've seen a bunch of different think use .pack before. And each one had there own type of code/way of working.

Yeah, it's a map file from an MMO, IRIS Online.

I actually went through a couple of those tutorials, and most of them either gave me an 'invalid file' error, or nothing would happen. I guess it's because I'm using a file that doesn't belong to Total War
