Does anyone here know how to setup an IRIS server? Confused
Tutorials found via google are german-englished and make no sense

Also, does anyone know of any other private server development site other than ragezone?

Well, what server are you trying to set up?

Are you wanting to use your own code, or using others?
Ragezone is probably your best, if you're not the best at coding and need step by step.

Edit: I now see Iris is a game.
