I want to give Justin my RuneScape membership pins, but they don't seem to be working. I bought the pins by calling the number 1-900-451-9555 (Canadian number), but the number is Justin is assigned is different, so the pins I bought in my area aren't working with the number he was assigned.

My objective is to make his subscription screen show 1-900-451-9555 as the number to call. How would I do this?

Runescape.ca wouldn't work, but if I use a proxy, which one do you think would be most reliable/secure?
