Wireless gaming mice absolutely blow.
I highly recommend the Razer Naga if you play a lot of MMOs, it's a ton of help.

I have the original one, if the Molten one is worth whatever the new specs are, go for it.

The custom addons that Razer makes for WoW and other such MMOs blow though.
