Actually think of it like this
Cryoma has $5
Matt has 5$ and sends 5$
Cryoma receives 1.50 and has $6.50 and 3.50 goes to paypal
Matt has 0$
Cryoma refunds money and paypal gives 1 cent of fees
Matt has 5$
Cryoma has $1.51
Paypal just stole 3.49 from them
Also 3.5 is 70%, which is ridiculous. I bet you're exaggerating
