|
|
Basically, I wanted to check my directx version on my computer.
The problem was it's either directx 10 or 11.
This is my method checking :
1. Right click my computer click properties.
2. Click "Windows Experience Index".
3. Lastly, I click view and print detailed performance and system
information.
When I scrolled down, I saw it says DirectX version : DirectX 10
Another method is :
1. Search the word "dxdiag" on start menu.
When the window appears DirectX version : DirectX 11
Im using ATI Radeon 5570
Any help will be appreciated

It appears to be a bug that carried over from Vista with the performance test area of Windows.

DirectX's dxdiag tool will give you the full correct answer though.
