Hi everyone, I am roughly new to all of this, so I apologies in advance for being a noob.

I am looking to find (if it exist) or create a modified version of the game WWF Royal Rumble. When the game was released in 1993, both the Genesis and SNES versions had 12 wrestlers, and of them, 5 or so were exclusive to just one system. I want to have a version that has all the wrestlers in one game, or modify it so at least the major wrestlers from each game (Ric Flair, and Hulk Hogan) are both on the same game. I would think this would be a relatively simple task to perform, but being a noob, I am not 100% how to do a cross system hack like this. Can anyone assist me on how to get started.
