Hello, i am new to Cheat Engine and i want to know if its possible, to find out the code for the movement speed of e.g. a car.
So i can make my car go faster then the CPU cars (or in a single player game if CPU cars are the same codes as player cars)
Is there something like a tutorial to find out what code modifies what value in the game??
i hope you understand my question,
Flaming

Indeed that can be accomplished with Cheat Engine. If you go through the Cheat Engine tutorial, you should be able to complete the task yourself :)

If it would be that easy like "search for the value of the speed and change it", there would be a "super speed" cheat for every car racing game. But game physics are usually much more complex, so if You want to make a cheat like that, You will need much more knowledge then the content of the Cheat Engine tutorial. You will need to learn ASM and You will have to find out how is the program calculating the acceleration, speed, direction of the car.
In real life, the speed of the car is depending on many things, like acceleration, aerodynamics, angle of movement->gravity etc.
In games, it is working the same way, pretty complex system.
Instead of speed, try to search for "acceleration" of the car. You have a bigger chance of finding that in some games.
EDIT:
Here is an example:

I have made faster cars by lowering their weights. You could also search and change other values which may affect speed. Like the power of the engine etc.
