| The reason Hacks work on you own server is because the values the local on you computer. So if someone else hosted the game then they control the values (IE server sided). So you can not hack a regular multiplayer game that way.

| In older CE there was a part called "Direct x mess". You should be able to use that for making wallhaCKS

Yeah i tried using direct x mess on halo but I couldn't get it to do anything. not even wallhax! Sorry I mean wallhacks.
Just realised I hijacked this guys thread. Anyway, ON TOPIC: To make any multiplayer cheats other than wallhacks or aimbot you'd need to mess around with packet injection. WPE pro is a good place to start.

I try to explain you how to hack in Halo CE
i've made some hacks(shield,ammo,nade,Health)
Also.
Its working so:
ammo hack:
go in public room, there get a sniper rifle(works best).
now scan 4 as first scan, then shoot one time,
scan now 3(next scan;3)
now soot again(next scan;2)
and now there is a code in the list beginning with 4!!!
get it down freeze it and make the value to 4.
now (i hope u know how)
make a trainer.
and youre able to ammo hack online

(shield,ammo,nade,Health) is all dynamic and serverside so making a trainer the way you described is pointless.
You would either need to use code injection or the best way is to calculate the weapon and player dynamic structure so the hack would work for all versions, even ce. That said, you'l still need to be host or it wont work.

I suggest running a dedi server and making the hacks on that. You'l control everything down to which player gets to use them. So you wont be limited to bots,chams.
