Replace the spaceship with a woman spreading her legs shooting babies.
You can use powerups such as premature babies that act as a machine gun.
Fat babies that explode, a beam of shit that acts as a laser, and the ability to shoot milk out of your tits.

holy fuck- that's actually a good idea. [s]Someone make all the required sprites and I'll include it as an unlockable[/s]
EDIT: Fuck unlockable, I'll make that game on its own. See attachment for what I'm thinking.
Default Controls:
Z - Fire Premmie Gun (infinite ammo)
X - Fire Fattie Bomb
C - Fire Shit Stream
V - Fire Dual Tit Milk Stream
