So i'm on my dad's pc, TF2 should be running smoothly on highest settings, it also recommended me to use the highest settings, but even when I'm lowering all the video settings, it still shocks..
Does anyone have a solution to make the game less shocky?
Also, I did some googeling and some guy on a forum said: enable VSync. This will keep the game running at a steady 60fps.
Does that work? And if yes, how do I enable VSync?

VSync only helps if you have tearing on your screen, not shocky behaviour.
But if you want to test it eitherway, enable "Wait for vertical sync" in your options.

Tried it, only makes it stutter worse.
Anyone could help me please?
