I know classes, switches, pointers, arrays, strings, loops etc.

But I do not know how to compile a program.

Infact, all the tutorials just show you building something and executing it, yet I cannot find how to compile it into a PROGRAM, that is standalone.

I checked documents, the debug compiled application is broken, I just don't know how to compile it to a standalone program.

So how to i convert code into a standalone program in visual c++ 2010 express.

Click Debug, select Build Solution, this will compile the currently open Project.
