I am not too familiar with this hdd stuff
but

I have a 500GB Internal SATA HDD

Basically I just want to buy a enclosure (If im not wrong) so I can use it on my PS3 or XBOX 360
and then could I easily connect it back into my computer as a internal later on?

and also maybe one that is usb powered?

Would this work?

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817145040

Again not too sure on this type of stuff

any help or suggestions would be great
thanks

Yes, it should work fine. Both the enclosure and the drive are SATA so you should be ok.

However you may have issues with your PS3/Xbox recognizing the drive depending on how plug and play friendly the systems are. Also the systems have specific requirements you may need to meet.

Of course, as long as the OS supports it.

No, but you can just buy an adapter to make it fit (relatively cheap).
