So im making a matrix'y effect with bat (Some friend asked me)

Im currently using

Code:

@echo off
color 0a

:start
echo *bunch of %randoms%*
*a ping based delay*
goto start

But im trying to make is only use 0's and 1's. So i tried

Code:

IF (%random% > *max random possible*/2){echo 1}
IF (%random% < *max random possible*/2){echo 0}

But that shit just crash -.- i could make this easily in any other language.
So, anyone have any idea how to make it work?

In short:

How to make %random% echo 1 and 0 ?
