How do I get VB/C++/C# 2010 to stop dropping DLL files

I've exhausted every possible way of getting it to stop dropping dll files for the programs I make. You know? The dll's that it drops for Flash, and anything added into tools. Please help.

Those dll files that make the program work. Like if you use flash it drops flash dll's . . . I want it to make it one whole EXE to reduce file size and make it look better and less like a virus.
