I want to disable these:


Can I do so, and if so, how? It pisses me off when I'm trying to type in mIRC and the shit pops up. If it worked correctly and ONLY popped up when the mouse was over the bar, it'd be fine, but it often pops up randomly on the windows I just had selected.

Try this and see if it works

Open registry and go the following registry key

Code:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

On the right pane, look for a dword entry "ExtendedUIHoverTime"

If you don't have it, create one and type it as you see above, just without the quotes.

Next modify that dword entry to a high number like 996303

0 or a negative value disables it.
