hi navarone, thanks for your quick reply, lve been into cheat engine processes, selected utorrent and enabled hack at 0.1, could you please elaborate on the searching for increased value and finding address to change it to 100, l'm not too sure about that, thanks.

He was just kidding...
You can't increase Your download speed with Cheat Engine. You can increase applications' speed, but it will not increase Your download speed or set the download progress from 0.1% to 100%.
Seriously, You can't do that.

If you could I would have no space what so ever on my computer. And even if you found a way you would get caught pretty damn fast and would be in all sorts of trouble.
