I have $20 a month to spend on a webhost.

The sites going to get alot of traffic and its going to be hosting alot of files anywhere from 30gb-1tb.

http://gdn.net/webapps/webhost/summary.htm is a decent host. I have been with them for over 5 years now with both web hosting and game server hosting. Their uptime is around 99%, email responses within minutes usually, 1 time was within 12 hours, otherwise it's been way less.

Though their size limit and bandwidth limit are less than your needs.

With that much data on the server you may be hard pressed to find a hosting solution for $20 a month.

have worked with that one. I was very satisfied. specially because of the no limit disk space and no limit data transfer.

implying everything you put in your website is "legal" this could be your favorite hosting option.
