I've got this $50 Barnes and Noble gift certificate, but I don't really want it. I'm not saying I don't read actually a lot of books, but I don't really see myself going to a Barnes and noble store in the near future. So, even if I could get just $35 of PayPal money back from it, that would be really nice. Any suggestions? I don't really want to go mailing somewhere, preferably something internet based. If your solution works, I'll give +rep and maybe a buck or two.

I used to sell giftcards to just about anything. Restaurants, movies you name it. Usually I would get $0.50 on the dollar for them.

I know, but what kinds of stuff on the internet would be able to convert it into PayPal money?
