When you try to get a power, record the packets.

It should say "FFl 0a PWR=00.0F"
Modify it to say "FFl 0a PWR=00.1T", refresh and try again, refresh, and quickly send the packet.

It tells the server "It is true that he has the xats for ze powwa!" and you get it.
