Always keep up the 1+2
If you are getting attacked use 8
Mass spam 3
4+5 can be replaced with whatever you want
6 is if you need to run fast
7 is for some healing (Usually used while 8 is active)

This build is very good for PvP and you have a nice AoE damage output with a lot of survivability.
