Never played AP Poppy although I did try AP Twitch because expunge is a 1:1 ratio. It worked out pretty good during team fights because I used Spray and Pray, got 8 stacks on everyone did like 800 damage per person.

try sion. He has two 1:1 ratios. Stun and then explode shield. The shield tanks u and deals a good amount

Oh shit, needa try. One of my best friends plays AP Taric and got he is fucking OP. His stun and shatter do like 800 damage around level 10.

AP Poppy is the only way I play poppy. ult + dfg takes out about half of their health before you even start using your skills.

all i can say is ult+lich bane+ dev strike is a retard amount to one hero. Poppy's weakness is her lack of AoE

Yeah, but the fact that you can easily change a fight from 5v5 to 4v5 makes up for her lack of AoE. She can pull it off better than a hero like Blitzcrank.

Sion is best played Crit/AS IMO.
