How do I cheat?

Whenever I try to edit settings for any CE it always results in my computer automatically restarting itself. Can someone please help me out?

Make sure you don't have anything running that's anti-cheat (Maple Story, Nitto etc)

I don't, even when I just open up my CE (Zenos) by itself and try to change the settings my comp will still restart itself, as soon as I press Ok.
