[WPE] How can I know the meaning behind those code?

I am trying to use WPE PRO to take a look at packets which are sent in or recieved from. Then in one packet with name POST/API/submitScore.php/...... , I found there is a part of data which is located at the end of that packet:

data=28043a296e3af241b19600923158501ed3f96fa27c75b17cfedce3dbd7d12f293d8770382785ebc0a061a67c3d982fcc9fa0f3483c1a6b7922d74a

How can I know what those words and numbers mean? I dont know whether they represent the score or some other things. It is important for me to continue my hacking process of that game.

looks more familiar now? It's data. A sequence of bytes. Can be anything.
