Sometimes when I run a pointer scan, when the first part where the progress bar increases ends and the threads calculations starts,
CE automaticly pops up a message asking me if I am sure I want to stop the scan and whether I click yes or no, its stops and gives no results.

Only thing I can think of is that there is something lying on top of the enter key, or an auto hotkey program is emulating an enter keydown

also, if you open the pointer scanner using ctrl+p in memory view, does that window close automatically ?

and is this a 'protected' process ? (xtrap, gg, etc...)

My keyboard is rather new and I didn't run any hotkey emulators.

It is not a protected process I think. It's a PS2 emulator.

It looks like the problem isn't here when I go through Memory View and Ctrl+P.

Unrelated problem, pointerscanner has never quite worked right for me, it gives a heap error 3 out of 5 times. Next time it throws the error, I'll write it down or ss it.
