Well, first I was just going to ask a moderator but then I got a message saying I couldn't PM because I'm not worthy enough yet, sooo

I Noticed that I can't post links, images, have an avatar, view some forums, etc.

Wondering if there is a guide I missed somewhere that explains when these unlock, and if not, how I get them.
