For example, can you use cheat engine to change the view count? the post count? things like that. I know you can modify flash games online, but those are client side.

My instincts tells me absolutely not, but i came across this shared housing AD:

and that dude double posted and has views near 1000k, and he doesn't even have pictures, and it was just recently posted, maybe 3 hours ago!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone else's AD "view count" ranges from 50-150 and have posted their ADs days, if not weeks, if not months ago.

What is going on, this is very suspicious

EDIT: apparently when you REPOST your AD you retain your previous view count, NVM guys False alarm, sorry for the post, it just changes the date.

No you can not. This site is similar to most sights.

It is probably an apache host, running mysql, and php.

This means that everything is stored and executed server side. When you cross the line between modifying data on your computer to that on a server that is computer hacking. I know the US is currently trying to pressure the British government to extradite a computer hacker to be tried here.
