Cheat Engine

I try to hack a roulette for 1 month and i tried anything i know 1000 times and nothoing works (i don't know alot)
i have passed all the tut of the CE and it didn't helped me at all..
the roulette is in a torrent site wich it means i can't give you a link cause it's closed for register
the roulette isn't protected or somthing the only problem is my knowledge can anyone please advice me what do to..?
ways to cheat roulette or even the blackjack (it's not versus a real player)

but it isn't on money
it's only web points...
i don't think that the game is protected cause the roulette looks so bad and low level..
there's anyway to make the ball fall in the same number everytime with unprotected game...?

After you reply to me one of these boxes will have an X in them
Try changing or predicting the outcome with cheat engine
