The manga was set in a world where mostly everyone was a robot/cyborg and they participated in a game/sport where they had to run (they had some high speed roller blades or something) around a track and fight each other. The main character is a robot/cyborg girl and she learned some ancient fighting style. And in one of the chapters, she was having an arm wrestle with the champion of the sport in the city. He was wearing a civilian model arm, and sent a ki blast that lowered her power level to 80%, but she somehow used her ancient art to almost destroy his civilian arm. Then he explained how he lowered her power level, and stopped the contest.

Oh yeah I forgot, the girl had blades in her arms or something like that (I think).

Nope ;-;, I wanted to reread the manga, but I don't have the name ;-;-;-;.

I couldn't find a picture on the internet though, the blades were a part of her though.
