Learn this technique as soon as possible and you will be awesome.

Also learning some RHCP (Such as by the way, fortunes faded, etc) Will help you get better quickly (Flea is an amazing bassist) I suggest you download Guitar pro (Find a torrent or you have to pay) And you can get tabs at ultimate-guitar.com.

Arr, I came in here to say nearly exactly this  . Nearly, because I prefer the thunderbird with a wood finish and white guard
