Each school is different. I did notice that there are plenty of student hosted activities you can partake in, in every school. Even host. Do so whenever you feel like it. You'll enjoy your stay a lot more.

I'd suggest you join a fraternity, but they're probably a lot different wherever you are than here in Belgium. They might seem like useless binchdrinking morons, but most of them know the ins and outs of the school. You'll be able to get lots of great material to study with.

That being said, I'm off to train. Which is something that works wonders when you're sick of school, btw.

@Monkeys yeah in USA frats were originally in order to help freshmen learn the ins and outs of the school but now its more about being part of a shitload of dumbasses.
