The question is simple:

Is there any way to search the memory with Cheat Engine scripts
Or a memory scan DLL like Cheat Engine does (not injection DLL, a DLL for programming)?

well, there's aobscan

but you could probably also create your own memory scan routine in a script and then do a createthread on that

Or you could try the custom scan method where you write a script that gets fed a pointer to some data and your script then has to return if it's a match or not
