How do I cheat?

I recently reinstalled my computer and now i cant install cheat engine... when i try to open cheat engine setup error message pops up "System cannot find path specified"
How do i fix this?
additional info - windows Xp service pack 2

Chose a Different Installation Path.

Create the default path specified. For example, it's probably frustrated C:\Program Files\Cheat Engine doesn't exist, create the folder "Cheat Engine" in C:\Program Files and you should be good to go.

I tried and creating folder "Cheat Engine" didnt help
how to change installation path?

There was no need to change instalation path
I just put setup on desktop and it opened!

try downloading the version without installer

also try disabling your anti virus, could be it's blocking ce from executing
