You can do it with Notepad++
Open the file in Notepad++ (make a backup just in case) and choose:
Search -> Replace
Find what: ,
Replace with: \r\n
Choose in the bottom box that says search mode, 'Extended (\n, \r, \t, \0, \x...)' then click 'Replace All'.
You can adjust the replacement with what you want. Also, you may need to put a space in front of the comma on 'Find what' to remove the whitespace after each comma.
