I was wondering if the shipping information can be different along with the billing information. I was adding my mom's credit card and there was a check box that would apply to " My shipping address is also my billing address " Would it be okay to leave it unchecked and have my shipping and billing information different? What happens if unchecked ? The only thing that is going to be different are the names and phone numbers.

Yes, leave it unchecked. Unless if you don't live at the same place as your mom.
If you check it, another form will probably open and you will just have to fill in the exact same information.

for some reason, I ordered an item on new egg and problem is that after the order, it's not showing up on my order status or order history. I set up a PO and searched it and nothing can be found. Should I be worried at all? (first time new-egg customer) right when I ordered, I did not recieve a confirmation email or anything at that time?

Did the money go away from your moms credit card?
