Had repeated episodes for two days before meeting my bro >_>
Don't know if you want to call it a panic attack since there was a reason for the actual attacks, but it sure as hell felt like one.
Couldn't sleep, felt like my whole body was numb and heavy, chest pains every now and then throughout the day. Incredibly anxious and paranoid.
(btw, actual panic attacks can last for more than half an hour.)
