I dont have xbox or playstation.
but i am planning to get one.

Is it possible to create trainer for xbox.

will cheat table work on them as it usually does for pc games.

I want to cheat xbox. else i have to spent $1600+ for laptops.

there must be some way

can't we permanently modify game code. Using debuggers without crashing the game.

No you can't make trainers for any consoles. there are other ways to cheat however, such as using action replay. Google it.

Regular xbox? If so yes, you can use trainers (using the evolution dashboard) and make some (using a debug bios):

If you mean xbox 360. No. But some games have save editors. The 360 loads games using a hypervisor (think of it as a virtual machine) so good luck accessing the games memory without a developers console.

If you meant make trainers using cheat engine.....LOL
