Hi, I got a problem since january 2008.
In january 2008 I bough a 1 years membership in Street Challenge when I had the Membership 3 days after they banned me with a false reason.
I live in canada and I was wondering how I can prosecute them for a fraud and due to the date of the fraud, is it possible to open a case in 2010 for that?
I think they never investigated the account and don't own any proof to defend their points in court.
How can I move it to USA and if I open this case in United State what I can gain from this?
What is the cost of this?
Give me an awnser I am tired to fight against this compagny I wish to clear it for ever.
Please give me some specification about the process Thank you.

If theres never been a court case on it before, then yes, you can make a claim. Thats a tough case though because of the origin of it, being the internet. Also, I would assume they would win because they more than likely have the right to ban you for any reason.

Maybe they have the right to ban for any reason but A fraud stay a fraud has I know it's Illegal in USA.
What ever they say, I dont think they can do it without a warn.
I also can use the way they never writed "We can ban for false reason and scam your money." in their T.O.S I think they can't give a straight awnser to that.

I would agree with SF and slov. Their full terms of service probably include a clause for punishment without reason. And the amount of money you will put into getting unbanned or a refund from this site will not be worth the money you will spend on a layer.
And because you are on Cheat Engines forums I'm going to assume you broke:

I Actualy own some cheating tools and Computer/server hacking tools.
When I was playing the game nothing was running and I can prove it by doing a backup on my pc.
I have read the rules about cheating and I never did on this game.
All I can say is I was using a game pad with analog stick.
They say I was hacking the game but they never told me what kind of hack I was using what I did wrong.
I never had more then one account on their game this is a true Bullshit from them.
This is why I supose they never investigated the account befor ban my account.
The only points they got should be "We are Human and we can do some mistake, but you own some Illegal tools on your computer." at my eyes this is what I understand from that situation.

You obviously didn't read the terms of service. You violated one of their rules, you got banned, period. That's not them scamming you, that's you not following the legally binding agreement you clicked "I accept" to.
You would get laughed out of the court for whining about getting banned from a game. |

I don't see any rules about the fact you can't play with a computer that own Illegal hacking tools but well if it's not a fraud I don't know what it is.
Anyway if I can't do anything I will find a way to make them pay back.

You can close a trash this post I got unbanned today after having meet the owner of the game and talk about the situation I was when it happen.
