Too big, very boring. Adding the glow effect to the writing is a nono.
And try to use the text to attract more attention to the focal point.

I think you have the general idea of blending your render with the background, but try to add more effects because its a bit bland at the moment. Also your sig is wayy too big.

The size and border are fine, they just aren't generic, which makes generic people mad.
The blending is great, the text is pretty bad, and the red of the goggles doesn't fit in.
You could make it the same brown/tan as the rest, or what I personally would do is make a radial gradient on the whole sig with the color of the goggles.

Agreeing with parts of what Censor and Stone said.

I personally find it big myself, but you aren't giving us a huge wallpaper or something and trying to pass it off as a sig, so that's fine.

That size only makes the emptiness of the piece overall more evident to the eye though. Definitely work on adding effects. Good blending though.
