I've seen Gangplank getting fed and eating people with his parrley.
Haven't seen a good Akali but I heard she was really strong. idk. Opinions?

Akali is a bursting bitch
She's a bit mid-late game though.

Gangplank is pretty much completely luck based, but when he gets lucky, squishies die in seconds.

I thought they changed Ganplank. I mean, armor penetration would be better for Gangplank instead of crit and crit dmg.
