Cheat Engine

So i've found the HP/MP address and able to change/freeze ect. But every time I restart the game the address changes and i have to search for it all over again. It's a little annoying, is there anyway I can get past that?

The game is Dynasty Warriors 6 for PC.

i can't seem to find the pointer.

i tried searching for hex using eax with but ending up with 0 address.

i also tried searching hex using other address with 04 as offset but when when I enter it as pointer the value does not match the value of my code.
